Conference Overview:

The huge growth of renewable energy sources in modern power systems is based on many years of committed research and technology development. New challenges and possibilities are arising with increasing renewable shares, but the cost-effectiveness, reliability, robustness, and security of the system must always be maintained. This requires a new energy paradigm and new advanced solutions.

The 2022 target by NITI Aayog (Govt. Of India) is 175 GW of Renewable Energy in the Indian Power System. The target is not a challenge in terms of finance but in terms of technical expertise.

The ICRP-2024 conference will address topics related to these specific areas: renewable technology development, renewable integration into the power system, and associated challenges and solutions.

Hosting the conference at MAIT, Rohini, Delhi, provides the opportunity to experience the capital city of India, known for its rich historical significance, cultural diversity, and architectural marvels. From iconic landmarks like the Red Fort and Qutub Minar to vibrant markets and diverse cuisine, Delhi seamlessly blends ancient heritage with modern infrastructure. MAIT is conveniently located approximately 26km from the airport, well-connected via important metro lines, and just 20km from the New Delhi railway station.

The primary scope of the 2nd International Conference on Renewable Power (ICRP-2024) is to bring global professional engineers, academicians, and researchers with matching interests with a common platform to share novel ideas, experiences, and knowledge in different fields of Science and Engineering Technology. The technical topics for the regular sessions include, but are not limited to the topics under the following topics:
